Don't get us wrong, there is an element of that, but The Ballroom Promo Team is all about ideas and innovation in spreading the word about events at the venue. So if you're great with people, a dab hand with postering, social media savvy and above all a music fan, then we'd love to get you on board!

Work Experience, Placements & Internships
There's no better place to start in the music industry then in a live music venue, where you will learn the ropes in a fast paced, safe and fun environment.
If you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, then no two days in a music venue are the same; From buying band riders, setting up dressing rooms, distributing posters and print and occasionally making the tea (milk, no sugar, thanks!) then you're the kind of person that we'd love to have aboard the good ship Ballroom.
It's not all glamour, it's not all about making loads of money and hanging out with the stars, but we can promise you the kind of experience that will further a career in the music industry for people that are willing to work hard.
We will be taking placements across the year and these may work around individual needs and will ideally last no less than two weeks. This is an unpaid role, but we will look to pay reasonable expenses. Hours will vary according to the area in which you work.
