The Ballroom has its very own on-site box office where you can call in to purchase your tickets direct from our friendly staff. Not only will you be able to be the first to get tickets for all the events held at The Ballroom, The Other Room or The End but you will also be able to enquire after and purchase tickets for club events, concerts and sporting fixtures all over the UK.

• It is recommended that you purchase your tickets direct from The Ballroom box office.
• Quickest, safest and cheapest way to get all tickets.
• The box office will launch in the first week in October 2011 and will be open from Monday - Saturday, 10am-5pm.
• Limited tickets for all events will be available with no booking fees when paid for with cash *first come, first served!
• We also accept card payments over the phone and in person.

When purchasing a ticket either online via phone or in person at our daytime Box Office please do so as you would in any other walk of life but please note that you will be entitled to one additional free ticket for either a carer or friend to attend with you.

Please simply email the venue directly on info@birmingham-ballroom.com stating that you have already purchased a ticket for the event in question and provide us with your specific requirements and if you are indeed bringing a friend or carer and we will confirm your access booking by return.

This will allow us to produce a booking record and ensure your requirements are logged with the respective show so we are ready for you to attend the event of your choice. Please also note that the additional ticket will be made available on the night on your arrival to the event in question, not before.
